I'm going to tell you a short story about how I got my first violin.
When I Was a little girl, I went to a flea fair with my mom, there we find a little violin, it was an 1/4 violin, perfect for my height. In this moment my mom look for a violin teacher and I started my class.
I play since I had nine years old, I really liked my musical instrument, so I keep playing through the years.
When I Was at high school, I had to think about what I want to study, in that Moment I liked languages, I wanted to study something related to languages, especially german, I wanted to be german traslator, but I couldn't find a major what will teach german, so I had to leave this dream.
I also liked to Cook, so I investigate about what a could study related with cooking but I didn't like the subjects.
Then I thought with what major I See me on the future, working on it, and then appears the answer, I really liked my violin, so I question to myself why not? Some people told me that I couldn't live of the Music, or it was just a hobbie and not a real career, but I think it's my life and I will do what I want, so I just do it.
My major is Musical Interpretation with mention in violin, I study at Universidad de Chile, and I really like to do it. I think if we do what we really like we never have to work.
So, here I am, Studing what I really like and fill my soul, I hope I can be a good violinist.
I'm sure that you're a great violinist now!
